First Georgian Restaurant in the Heart of Switzerland

Nestled in the heart of Lausanne on Lake Geneva, the very first Georgian restaurant Pre-Fleuri opened in Switzerland by Tereza Haveri. Tereza Haveri was born in Tbilisi, but had to leave the country 20 years ago, where they started a new life in Europe. But Haveri hasn’t forgotten the family taught recipes of traditional Georgian food and decided to pursue her dream to open up a restaurant with the help of her family and siblings. The restaurant offers traditional Georgian food ranging from Adjarian Khachapuri to Khinkali. Along with the cozy atmosphere, any guest can enjoy Georgian wine that complements each dish and get an authentic taste of the local cuisine in the heart of Switzerland.
